Sundance Resort is a four season destination located on the Scenic Alpine Loop (SR-92) that connects Provo Canyon (US Hwy 189) and American Fork Canyon.

LEI has worked with Sundance for over 6 years providing consulting, design, surveying, and platting services for all in-house projects ranging from a new sewer lift station, new conference center, parking facilities, boundary mapping and surveying, etc.

Working closely with PacLand ( Walmart's project site development and engineering firm from Washington state), LEI provided detailed ALTA\ACSM Land Title Surveys meeting WalMart's stringent requirements. LEI also provided the Subdivision platting and staking services for the 8-lot Commercial Subdivision associated with the Lindon Superstore.

Neways creates, manufactures, and distributes personal care product, nutritional supplements, and household cleaning products in 28 countries around the world and have nine corporate offices worldwide. 

LEI provided an initial boundary and topographical survey for the entire site along with the necessary legal work to dedicate the roadway re-alignment along the I-15 frontage road. 

Surveying and engineering services for the 85,000 sf corporate office and the 310,000 sf manufacturing facility sites also included the site design, site grading, stormwater design and underground utility design in conjunction with construction surveying of 12 acres of parking lot and asphalt drives, utility services, storm water system, building location and grids, docking areas and landscape areas.

Green River Companies

Green River Companies is a unique irrigated farm currently under development in the arid climate of southern Utah on the eastern banks of the Green River.  While maintaining the agricultural atmosphere of the area, Green River Companies has planned for and began construction of a modern twenty first century farm center.

LEI has been instrumental in providing the owners of Green River Companies with quality surveying and engineering related services to accomplish the successful completion of the above mentioned tasks.  A detailed boundary survey of the property within nineteen sections was prepared and utilized as a base drawing for planning and engineering services.  The adrous task of searching for and recovering over one hundred original survey monuments, including redwood posts and marked stones, was completed in only a few weeks.  Subsequent surveying services such as construction staking, property exhibits and legal descriptions have been provided to facilitate the continued success of this project.

American Leadership Academy

The American Leadership Academy Project included a 20 acre K-12 charter school site with three buildings, parking areas and footbal/track facilities.  The project also included the Mountain Land Applied Technology College Campus which included two buildings and parking areas with a 31 lot residential component. 

LEI provided the initial ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for the site which at the time was an open gravel pit located on several parcels of land and included many utility easements, existing utility lines, irrigation ditches, and gravel and debris piles.  Surveying and engineering services for the sites also included the conceptual planning, site design, site grading, stormwater design and underground utility design in conjunction with construction surveying of the parking lots, roadways, utility servcies, stormwater system, building location and grids, and extensive irrigation system.
