The Skony Residence is an 8,000 square foot custom home with a bridge over a stream and used custom heavy timber trusses. Some steel framing was required as part of the lateral force resisting system.

This complete residential remodel of approximately 20,000 existing square feet added new square footage and upgraded the structural performance of many elements.
The Laraway Residence uses wood frame and timber construction to create a lodge feel overlooking the Hood River.
