Treasure Valley Community College: Treasure Valley Community College is a partnership between The Caldwell East Urban Renewal Agency, Caldwell Economic Development Council, Treasure Valley Community College and Norfleet Development L.C. It is a example of what can be accomplished when Public Agencies and Private Developers work together to reach a common goal.
This project is located on approximately 4.3 acres in the Sky Ranch Business Center in Caldwell, Idaho. The project includes a two story 60,000 Sqft. building and parking for over two hundred vehicles.
Key LEI staff’s historical knowledge of the project site and surrounding Sky Ranch Business Center were essential in getting agency approvals in a timely manner.
The project is currently working towards a LEEDS certification of silver through the use of energy efficient building design, environmentally sound construction practices and renewable building materials.
Civil design included sanitary sewer plan, grading & drainage, parking lot, sidewalks, stormwater detention/mitigation facility, vehicle circulation, and on-site water. The project team also provided coordination with Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas, and other project consultants.
